Irene grew up in Southern California, and after becoming a young mom, she was determined to provide a secure future for herself and her daughter. It wasn't long before she found the entrepreneurial opportunity she was looking for in real estate. She began as an assistant to another agent, and within a year, this highly motivated young professional was licensed and practicing on her own.
In 2011, Irene became a licensed broker. "I didn't want a job with the same routine every day; I wanted a career," she recalls. "Real estate was a way for me to accomplish my dreams while helping families find their dream homes. For the first year, I didn't take a day off. I learned something new every day, and I have been successful through many different markets."
Irene's industry experience spans traditional buyer and seller representation, short sales, foreclosures, probate sales and investor representation.
"Irene is pretty much the real estate guru on our team," Philip says. "She has all the behind-the-scenes knowledge of the business and is very much the expert. Real estate is her passion, and she's very committed to doing it well. She always puts our clients' well-being first, and people really respond to that."

Philip hales from Long Island, and he began his career in the hospitality industry, where he was the food and beverage director for a major hotel chain. His enthusiasm for delivering personal service with distinction drew him to real estate, where he met Irene in 2012. The two joined forces under the banner of Team Zotti in Palmdale, where their East Coast-meets-West Coast style strikes just the right note with clients.
Philip has built an amazing real estate portfolio and has been a part of over 500 renovation/flip sales in the last 15 years. He is very well known as a successful real estate investor in the community.
Philip's straightforward but warm way of communicating helps him determine people's needs and deliver the results they are seeking.
Irene says, "Philip has been a manager most of his career and has a lot of great customer service skills. He makes it so easy to communicate with people, and he's a great negotiator. When we go to listing appointments, people say, 'You guys are awesome together!'. It's nice to work with somebody you can connect with and are both trying to reach the same goal." says Irene of her partner Philip.
